Returns Policy

The following policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until delivery. This must be in writing by email or post.

You have 7 days to inform macbaby & co in writing of the return. You will then be allocated a returns code which should be clearly marked on the front of the parcel with the word RETURN. Overseas customer must abide by this otherwise taxes/duty may be charged for which you will be liable.

The goods must be returned in the same condtion, i.e unworn and tags on.

YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RETURNS COST AND PROOF OF POSTAGE MUST BE OBTAINED BY YOU. IF FOR ANY REASON THE PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE MACBABY & CO WILL NOT BE LIABLE.

If you don't notify macbaby & co within 7 days of your return then a 25% deduction will be made from your refund.

Goods must be received by macbaby & co within 14 days from notification.
